Welcome to the Screening Program

Americans drink alcohol for a number of reasons including relieving stress, celebrating milestones and relaxing with family and friends. For some, this is not a problem, but many of us find that one drink often leads to one too many. If you have questions about alcohol’s impact on your health, work performance and relationships with people you care about, it is time to get some answers.

It’s not easy to figure out if you have a problem with alcohol, but this free, anonymous online self-assessment is a good place to start.

Note: Research shows that many people who experience depression, anxiety and PTSD often drink in a way that intensifies their symptoms. Additional screenings are available for these conditions.

Please note: There is an opportunity for feedback at the end of this screening.
