Active Duty Personnel
Contact the mental health, behavioral health, or clinic at your local military treatment
facility. If currently deployed, contact the combat stress team or combat support
medical team nearest you. Your chaplain can help you get the care you need.
TRICARE
Family members and non-active duty members with TRICARE can go directly to a health
provider in the TRICARE network without a referral or prior authorization for the
first eight sessions.

The Defense Center of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury
(DCoE)
DCoE operates a 24/7 Outreach Center to connect service members, veterans, families,
health care providers, military leaders and employers with resources and services
when they need them the most. While the center focuses on all issues related to
psychological health and traumatic brain injury, the trained health professionals
can also help guide to the right resource and help navigate the Military Health
System. The DCoE Outreach Center can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by
